Thank you for shopping with Zero Rituals. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and delivered when you purchase Products through our Website.

By placing an order on the Website, you agree to the terms of this Shipping & Delivery Policy.

1. Delivery Coverage

The Company currently delivers Products across a large number of serviceable locations within India through its authorised logistics partners.

Delivery availability depends upon the serviceability of the delivery PIN code at the time of order placement. Certain remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable.

2. Order Processing

2.1 Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 48 working hours after successful order confirmation and receipt of payment (where applicable).

2.2 Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

2.3 Order processing may take longer during sale events, festive periods, new product launches, adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

3.1 Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 2 to 10 business days, depending upon the delivery location.

3.2 Deliveries to metropolitan cities are generally completed within 3 business days, although actual delivery timelines may vary.

4. Shipping Charges

4.1 Shipping charges, if applicable, shall be displayed during checkout before completion of the order.

4.2 Cash on Delivery ("COD") orders are subject to an additional shipping charge of ₹50, unless otherwise specified by the Company.

4.3 The Company reserves the right to revise shipping charges at any time without prior notice.

5. Delivery Address

5.1 The User is responsible for providing a complete, accurate and deliverable shipping address, including the correct PIN code and contact details.

5.2 Once an order has been placed, requests for changes to the shipping address or recipient details may not be accommodated.

5.3 Each order can be shipped only to one delivery address.

The Company shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address details provided by the User.

6. Serviceability of PIN Codes

The Company verifies serviceability of delivery PIN codes at the time of order placement.

In certain cases, a delivery location may subsequently become unserviceable due to operational constraints of the logistics partner. In such circumstances:

For security purposes, the Company reserves the right to verify any order before dispatch.

Orders having a value exceeding ₹5,000, or orders identified as requiring additional verification, may be subject to confirmation through telephone, email or other appropriate means before shipment.

Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation of the order.

8. Multiple Shipments

Where an order contains multiple Products, the Company may dispatch the Products separately depending upon stock availability or warehouse location.

Separate shipments may have different tracking numbers and may be delivered on different dates.

No additional shipping charges will be levied solely because an order is dispatched in multiple shipments unless otherwise stated.

9. Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partners generally make up to three (3) delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed after the permitted number of attempts due to the recipient's unavailability, refusal to accept delivery or incorrect delivery information, the shipment may be returned to the Company.

In such cases, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order and process any refund, if applicable, after deducting reasonable shipping or handling charges where permitted by law.

10. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Products

If your order has not been delivered within 10 business days from dispatch, please contact our customer support for assistance.

The Company will coordinate with its logistics partners to investigate the shipment status and provide an appropriate update.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be responsible for delivery delays or failure to deliver arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, pandemics, cyber incidents or other force majeure events.
